You retain ownership of the content you create on the Service, including your reviews, notes, lists, and other contributions ("Your Content"). By posting Your Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and distribute it solely as necessary to operate and provide the Service to you and, where you choose to share it, to other users.

The Service itself — including its design, software, and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding or software except as necessary to use the Service as intended.
Book metadata and cover images are provided by third-party sources (such as the Google Books service) and remain the property of their respective owners.
The Service relies on third-party providers, including our hosting platform (Base44) and, where you choose to use it, Google sign-in. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that book information provided by third parties is accurate or complete. As the Service is under active development, you may encounter bugs or interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or for loss of data or content. We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
